Processing time for gardening services will be confirmed separately upon booking.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

For gardening services, travel or service fees will be included in your service agreement.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within Bangalore  

If your location is outside our delivery areas, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

5. Delivery and Receipt

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.

Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery. If you notice damage or incorrect items, report this to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

For gardening services, please ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time.

6. Failed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

We will attempt to contact you in case of delivery issues but are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect details.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

We may require photographic evidence and details to process claims with the courier.
