1. Returns for Plants

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The plant was delivered damaged or unhealthy

You received the wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a return or replacement.

2. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement plant to be delivered within 5 to 6 business days from the date of confirmation.

Replacement shipping will be handled by us at no additional cost to you.

If a replacement is not available, you may opt for a store credit or refund.

3. Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds or store credits will be issued only after we have received and inspected the returned product, where applicable.

Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website and does not expire unless otherwise stated.

4. Gardening Services

Gardening services are non-refundable once the service has been completed, except where there is a demonstrable failure on our part to deliver the agreed service.

In such cases, please contact us promptly to discuss possible solutions.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact our customer support within the specified time frame with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible with instructions.

6. Important Notes

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, natural plant decline, or environmental factors beyond our control.

Replacement timelines may vary due to plant availability and shipping conditions, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
