Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Malibhai Venture by Communicrates Private Limited, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best quality plants and gardening services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel, return, or request a refund for your orders.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders for products can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at info@malibhai.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy below.
For service bookings (such as gardening or landscaping), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. After that, the full service charge will apply.
2. Return & Replacement Policy (for Products)
We take utmost care to deliver healthy and high-quality plants and products.
However, due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@malibhai.in with clear photos and your Order ID.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected product at our discretion.
Products that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery or failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for return or refund.
We do not accept returns for items marked as “final sale”, discounted, or custom orders.
3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund amount.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item).
4. Service Refunds
Gardening or maintenance services are non-refundable once completed, except in cases of failure to perform the service as agreed.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. After verification, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Exceptions
We do not guarantee plant survival or growth after delivery since it depends on care, climate, and environmental factors beyond our control.
Refund requests made after the specified timelines or without valid proof (photos/order ID) will not be accepted.

7. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, India.
